RETURN POLICY

 

We fully back our products and want nothing more than for our customers to be happy with their purchase.  If for any reason you would like to make a return...

  • Returns for customers in the United States are free within 15 days of purchase.  Simply email info@porchandhoundcollection.com with the reason for your return, if you would like to exchange or a refund.
  • Returns on International orders are at customer's expense.
  • Return or exchange of full-price merchandise must be made within 15 days of purchase.
  • Sale merchandise and promotions may be exchanged only.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original hangtags and packaging attached.
  • Only items purchased through www.porchandhoundcollection.com may be returned to our online store. Items purchased through any of our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.
  • In the case of items damaged during shipment, please contact us at info@porchandhoundcollection.com.
  • Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as purchase.

Price Adjustments:

  • Price adjustments will be honored within 2 days of the original purchase date and will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • To receive a price adjustment for eligible items, contact us at info@porchandhoundcollection.com.

If you are making a return, please follow these simple instructions:

  • Email info@porchandhoundcollection.com within 15 days of purchase with description of item, date purchased and reason for return.
  • Prepaid mailing label will be emailed to you within 24 hours of request.
  • Pack the item securely in the original package (when possible) and tape label to top of the box - covering previous label.
  • Seal the box and drop off at your local Post Office or give to a USPS carrier.
